SHIPPING, RETURNS & CANCELATION POLICY
Unless otherwise stated, all of our items are custom made. Please allow 3-5 weeks for all orders to ship. Once your order is ready, we will notify you via email with exact shipping date and tracking number.
We offer free shipping to all 50 states in the United States. AGUIRRE DESIGN primarily partners with UPS (United Parcel Service) and their affiliated network for shipping needs.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
To cancel a recent order please contact us via email email@example.com within 48 hours. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Sales Tax is collected only in states where we have a physical presence. Currently this only includes New York. Shipments within the greater New York area are subject to state, local and district sales tax.
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase from this Site, we will accept merchandise for a refund or merchandise credit under the following conditions:
Unused Items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging.
Any damaged, used, or altered returns or anything AGUIRRE DESIGN considers unreasonable will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Item must be received by AGUIRRE DESIGN no later than 14 days after the date of delivery.
Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at AGUIRRE DESIGN discretion.
If you wish to return an item purchase form this Site, you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. We recommend shipping merchandise for return via UPS for tracking purposes. We also recommend that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.

For international shipping, please contact us at email@example.com. We would be happy to assist you. Please note that shipments outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your respective customs office for further information about specific duties and taxes for your country. In addition, we are required by law to disclose the full value of package contents and cannot alter the value of your invoice or receipt.
